The journey began with the dream of a compassionate nine-year-old girl who envisioned helping others—whether by opening homeless shelters, supporting individuals on the spectrum, assisting those with developmental disabilities or dementia, or simply ensuring no one ever felt alone.

Inspired by early acts of kindness, from aiding the homeless to caring for loved ones, our founder embodied the true essence of compassion and made it the heart of J.O.Y. Companionship.

Today, we remain committed to serving the Tucson, Arizona, area and its surrounding communities with love, dedication, and a reassuring presence. We provide more than care—we bring trust, safety, kindness, and support that enriches daily life for every individual and family we serve.
